U.S. News & World Report Best High Schools Silver Ranking - 50%Grayling High School was recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a "Best High School" for the fifth year in a row. GHS was listed #71 in Michigan, earning silver status for the third year in a row.

The Northwest Evaluation Association (NWEA) recognized the CASD for setting itself apart over the past eight years by using a teamwork-driven approach to move all students closer to college and career readiness. While we are still one of the lowest-funded districts in the state, rising student achievement has earned us state and national recognition.
