Nomination Petition

The 5th
Alumni Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will
be held in the Joseph H. Stripe Auditorium on Sunday, May 2, 2010. |
|
|
Criteria for Nomination:
1. The nominee must be a graduate of Grayling High School or Frederic High School.
2. The nominee must have one or more of the following:
- Advanced degree, such as Ph.D., M.D., D.O.,
D.D.S., O.D. or J.D.
- Significant life achievement, honor or award.
- Significant contribution toward improving the
lives of others. |
