Crawford AuSable School District

Since its beginnings in 1876, the Crawford AuSable School District has been serving the needs of students in our community. Located in Grayling, Michigan -- the county seat of Crawford County in the middle of northern Michigan -- we operate four schools that serve over 1,600 students in pre-school through grade 12.

Our administrative offices are located within Grayling High School at 1135 Old U.S. 27 North in Grayling.

Our school district and individual schools have received many awards of recognition throughout the past several years that are described in the "Points of Pride" section found in the lower left of our site's home page.

Our Mission

The Crawford AuSable School district, as a partner with our families and community, educates students in a safe, challenging and supportive environment, graduating citizens prepared for life in a global society.
